This series is an exploration of taking the garbage that washes up on the beach into elements of an abstract piece.  The thought was how can I make art out of this travisty of human consumption and waste that is left behind so carelessly.  This is not to glorify the waste but to transform it and at the same time bring awareness.

  • Consumption

"Infinite growth of material consumption in a finite world is an impossibility." - E.F. Schumacher, British statistician & economist
